Heather Malloy

Heather Malloy is finance executive with 20 years’ experience building firms, designing systems and processes to achieve scale with efficient human capital, mergers & acquisitions, debt formation, and complex transaction execution. For the last five and a half years, Heather was the CFO and COO of a lower-middle-markets private equity firm, focused on buyouts in the technology sector.

Previously, Heather was a management consultant, working as a transitional executive for a broad array of asset managers on multiple aspects of growth, including firm builds, fund launches, new market acquisitions, transaction advisory, and debt formation. Prior to her management consulting work, Heather was a partner at Kalan Capital, LLP, a managing director at Société Générale, and a managing director at Bear Stearns Asset Management.
